FAQ & Policies

Are inflatables safe?  Yes!  As long as all the rules outlined on the Rental Agreement and the Lessee Responsibility/Instructions checklist are followed and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.  We will request your signature on this form to verify that you understand and will follow all the guidelines set forth.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?  Our inflatables are very popular!  We recommend that you make your reservations as soon as you know the date, time, and location of your event  so we may be sure that you get the bounce that you want.

Do you have insurance?  Yes.  Absolute Party Rental is licensed and insured.

Can you set the inflatable up anywhere in my yard?  The inflatable needs to be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.

Yard Requirements:  The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be fairly flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks, rocks, and debris, as well as pet waste.  There should be no low-hanging branches or power lines overhead. 

Can an inflatable be set up on asphalt or cement?  Yes, an inflatable can be secured with sand bags rather than stakes.  Be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.

What time will you deliver the inflatable?  You decide on the specific rental time.  Absolute Party Rental will usually arrive 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled start-time of your event.  We will call and confirm early deliveries with you.  We will pick up the unit shortly after the scheduled end-time of your event.  Please let us know if you require exact delivery and/or pick-up times.  We will do our best to adjust our schedule to meet your needs.

What is the rental period?  We are very flexible with the rental period.  Typically, our inflatables are rented on a daily basis determined by the length of your event.  Prices are not pro-rated for shorter rental periods.  Contact us to discuss rentals needed for an extended period of time.

What is the cancellation policy?  If your event is cancelled, simply let us know before the scheduled delivery date and time and we’ll promptly cancel your reservation.  Absolute Party Rental reserves the right to cancel delivery on short notice if it is determined that inclement weather will be a factor in the safety of the participants or harmful to the equipment.

Rain Policy:  During periods of severe weather conditions (high winds, rain, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations.  If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keeping it or not.  If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the Rental Agreement, there will be no refunds, or discounts, and/or rain checks.  If delivery of the inflatable is completed, you will be charged in full.

What if it gets really windy outside?  The inflatable must be turned off if winds exceed 15-20 mph.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  This policy is to protect both the participants of your event and our equipment from harm.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the inflatable?  A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise all activity in and around the inflatable while it is in use.  The adult must know and enforce all the safety rules as outlined on the Rental Agreement and the Lessee Responsibility/ Instructions checklist.  The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.

How do I pay for the rental of the inflatable for my event?  We accept credit cards and cash.  We do not accept personal checks.  Cash payment must be made before set-up of inflatable.  Credit card transactions can be made over the phone when reservation is made.
